YOGA FUSION
(Ages 15 +)
Release stress and invigorate your body and mind with this free style
dance class. Yoga postures and movements inspire the unique fast and
slow rhythms. A variety of dance routines will be practiced. Breathing
exercises and meditation will be included. Participant must provide his or
her own mat. (10 weeks)

Spend time with your child while increasing flexibility, strength,
concentration and your parent-child bond. Learn a variety of poses to do
when waking, for playtime, before bedtime and as a midday pick-me-up.
Parent and child can share a mat, and more than one child can register
with a parent. Note: Fee includes one adult and two children. (10 weeks)

standing postures and will be adjusted to each person's skill level. This

GROUP FITNESS
CHAIR YOGA
(Ages 18 +)
Do you often feel weak and tired? Do you experience low energy and
physical limitations? There is no age limit for reaping the benefits of
yoga. We will be doing yoga seated and standing poses next to a chair
to address movement and balance limitations. This class will focus on
improving your range of motion, strength and flexibility, concentration
and coordination, balance, posture, alignment, and breathing. Join us
and share the wisdom of Yoga. Instructor is certified in 200 hours Hatha
Yoga, YogaFit and A.C.E. (10 weeks)
