ROBOTIC HOUSE ADVENTURES
(Ages 8-12)
Future engineers will build and program an "intelligent" house using a
Lego® Mindstorms® set and Robolab software! We will create programs
to open a garage door, turn on the lights or a fan automatically. We will
use "keyless" entry to enter the home and create a burglar alarm to keep
our smart house safe! The students will work in pairs and will receive a
new programming activity every week. Refund request must be made 3
business days prior to class.

MOVIEMAKING 101
(Ages 8-12)
Create your own adventure for Harry Potter, Ron and Hermione! You
will create your own Harry Potter™ movie using special movie making
cameras and software. As directors and producers you will work in teams
to create your own story and script, use Lego® Harry Potter mini figures
as characters, draw your own backgrounds and film your own movie.
You will use graphic editing techniques and stop motion animation, add
background noise and music, and show your movie at a private screening
on the last day of class. All students will get a copy of their movie after
class is complete. Refund request must be made 3 business days prior to
class.

HOME ALONE
(Ages 7-12)
Educate your loved ones and register for this class which will give children
helpful tips and confidence if they find themselves home alone! This
American Red Cross course teaches skills that children should know if they
find themselves alone (i.e.: answering phones, doors, etc.) Register early;
space is limited.

MARVELOUS MAGIC
(Ages 5-12)
Children are guaranteed to have a great time as they learn a collection of
fascinating and mesmerizing tricks. Amaze family and friends with tricks
that involve cards, ropes, coins, mind-reading and more. While the tricks
may appear difficult, you'll discover that they are quick to learn and easy to
perform. All materials are provided; each child receives a magic kit to take
home. Children are grouped by age and always learn tricks that are age
appropriate. New tricks are taught each session.

BABYSITTING TRAINING

KIDS CREATE GOOD FOOD
(Ages 6-10)
Let's spend some time making fun food that tastes great, too! We will
talk about ingredients, portion size, reading a recipe, and safety in the
kitchen. Ideas for simple snacks, wholesome breakfasts, and easy lunches
will be presented in a hands-on, kid-friendly way.
