GYMNASTICS
LITTLE LEAPERS JUNIORS & SENIORS
(Ages 3-6)
This coed program is designed for those Little Leapers that are pre-school age and have developed independence from their parents. Participants will
learn basic movement skills such as jumping, skipping, hopping, crawling, climbing, rolling, coordination, agility and balancing. Class will use the four basic
apparatuses used for female gymnastics programs: balance beam, tumbling, uneven bars and vaulting including a variety of fun fitness skills. For safety
reasons, all participants in this program must be potty trained and have the ability to follow directions without the help of their parent. To help keep
participants fully engaged with the instructors, parents are not allowed inside the gymnasium during class, but can watch from outside the classroom. Active
wear is recommended.

(Ages 18 - 36 months)
This coed parent-assisted program is designed to provide basic movement
education to toddlers and parents. Participants will learn movement skills
related to jumping, skipping, rolling, crawling, climbing and balancing. Class will
be conducted in a stimulating and safe environment while exploring the use of
four areas in gymnastics: Balance Beam, Tumbling, Uneven Bars and Vaulting.
Active wear is recommended.
