PIANO INSTRUCTION
(Ages 7-17)
Piano lessons offer one-on-one instruction that will include piano
theory, piano technique and sight reading. Levels range from beginners
to advanced players and participants will learn to play classical and
popular songs. Lessons are offered in 30 minute sessions on Wednesday
afternoons and early evenings. For the student's convenience, class
times will be arranged between the instructor and the student. The
instructor will inform students and parents of books required, which can
be purchased through a local music store. Once lessons begin, the Park
District cannot offer refunds or make-ups for missed classes. Call (630)

05/07.

LITTLE GUITAR PICKERS
(Ages 5-8)
This patient, experienced instructor will teach fun songs that use one-
finger chords to enable your child to achieve a measurable success and
perform a song for you by the end of each lesson. Imagine the joy and
self confidence this will bolster! Sheet music for each song is included.
Authentic and pleasant sounding child-sized guitars with carrying case
are provided for a $10 rental fee per session. Optional practice CD's are
available from the instructor for $10 each. No refunds will be issued after
the first class.

minute class will teach preschoolers to use finger numbers & they will
learn to play Popular & Disney Songs! Let's have fun with the Piano!

CHICAGO'S #1 DRUM LESSONS
(Ages 5 +)
Chicago's #1 Drum Lessons are ready to make you the drummer you've
always wanted to be. Chicago's #1 Drum Lessons has been teaching full
drum set to thousands of students in their more than 15 years of business.
We have 20 locations with one being at the Lombard Park District. If it
is just for fun, or to make it big in the music business, we can do it! We
will teach you the following: beginner through advanced drum students
are taught technique, drum separation, timing, stick control, double bass,
soloing, patterns workouts and exercises, original fills and beats. All styles
of drum set taught. Students are also taught to read beginner sheet music.
What are you waiting for? All lessons are recorded on professional video
to take home. Students must bring $15 for a music book to first class, plus
a VHS tape. Private lessons are available for an additional fee. No refunds
after first class.
