GOLDEN YOGA
(Ages 55 +)
Enjoy the afternoon gently opening and strengthening the body! Yoga
can be practiced by anyone—and anywhere! This class will focus on
standing postures and will be adjusted to each person's skill level. This
class also incorporates breathing exercises and relaxation. Bring your mat,
some water, comfortable clothes and a smile!

SENIOR FITNESS
(Ages 55 +)
This class is for all fitness levels. Participants will increase strength, range
of motion, balance and mind agility through the use of simple dance
moves to music, use of light dumb bells, resistance bands and balls. This
class is a fun way to stay healthy and fit. Please bring a mat to class each
week.

Maintain flexibility and physical fitness in the Senior Exercise class of
fun loving seniors. You'll maintain muscle tone and develop strength by
working with light weights in the Senior Strength Training class. You may
join these classes at any time! Remember to consult your physician before
beginning physical activity classes.

STEP 'N STRENGTH INTERVALS
(Ages 18 +)
A new workout that is intense but very easy-to-follow! You will
burn fat and shed the extra pounds more efficiently. It truly fires up
your metabolism to burn hundreds of calories. There is no difficult
choreography to follow. Short work intervals are followed by active rest.
You can work at your own level so you'll only be competing against
yourself. You don't have to try to keep up with others. As you progress
you will feel fit and strong. This will enable you to work at a higher level
than before. This type of exercise uses the aerobic and anaerobic energy
systems, which burns additional calories even hours after your last
workout. Instructor will show you ways to modify or rev up each exercise.
Please bring a water bottle, mat, and face towel to class. [Use of stability
ball will be decided in class.] You will burn fat and shed the extra pounds
more efficiently.

Through practice your mind can achieve a stillness and clarity rarely
experienced with other forms of exercise; integrating your body, mind
and spirit and helping you to achieve inner peace. This class will help you
develop a harmony with the world on a physical, mental, emotional and
ultimately, spiritual level. Practice can strengthen the immune system,
improve posture, balance, coordination, flexibility and strength, and help
reduce blood pressure.
