SUMMER
CAMP
COUNSELOR IN TRAINING (CIT)
Ages 12-15
As a CIT, you will strengthen your leadership and communication skills,
work with young children, and have an enjoyable and educational summer
experience! Energy, patience, and cooperative attitude is crucial since you
will be a part of enriching the lives of every child who attends summer
camp! Interested CIT candidates must complete the CIT application
found at www.lombardparks.com/summer-camps two weeks prior to the
start of the session. Staff will contact applicants to set up an interview
prior to registration. CITs will be evaluated throughout this program and
are expected to maintain a level of competence, communication, and
cooperation. Note: Day Camp CITs attend and assist with field trips, pool
days, and walking trips.A completed application and interview is required
prior to registration.

DAY CAMP SWIM LESSONS
(Ages 6-11)
Swim Lessons are now offered for children who are enrolled in Day Camp!
Sign your camper up for one session or eight sessions! Swim lessons are
taught by a certified instructor and are strongly recommended if your
camper has swimming limitations. After swim lessons are over, a counselor
will pick up your camper and bring them to Day Camp. Registration deadline
for swim lessons is the Saturday before the lesson.

LIL' RASCALS
Ages 3-4 (CUBS) & children entering Kindergarten-1st grade (BEARS)
Make arts and crafts, sing songs, enjoy stories, experience nature activities,
water fun and more at this summer camp! Children should bring lunch, snack
and a drink every day. Children must be able to use the toilet independently
and must be appropriate age/grade by start date, no exceptions.

KOOL ADVENTURES CAMP
(Ages 7 -10) TURNING 7 BY DECEMBER 31, 2014
Children will enjoy indoor and outdoor games, water play, arts and crafts
projects, songs, nature activities and sports time! Campers should bring a

by the first day of camp, no exceptions.
