Back by popular demand, a variety of 20 minutes each of Cardio-
kickboxing/Sculpt/Pilates. You will strengthen your cardiovascular system,
musculoskeletal system, core strength and enhance flexibility. In addition,
your body will continue to burn calories for hours after your workout.

POWER TONING & ENDURANCE

Improve your quality of life by conditioning your body to function more
effectively. You'll Increase bone density by performing progressive
resistance exercise. $38 discount when registering for both classes.

TOTAL BODY CORE STRENGTH
(Ages 15 +)
Do you sit all day at your job? If so, then your muscles (especially your
back and abdominal muscles) are getting weaker every day. Having a
strong core is important in everything that we do. Learn how to gain
strength in your abdominal muscles, without doing a bunch of crunches,
with PilatesMat. This class time will be split between core work and body
sculpting with the use of body bars, dumbbells, tubes and bands, as well
as, stability ball. Please bring your own stability ball on the 3rd week of
class.

BEST BODY WORKOUT
(Ages 15 +)
Legtastic Cardio (Mon and Thurs): Max out the highest calorie burning
muscles in your body; your legs! While sweating those calories away we'll
tone and tighten arms and legs. This class can be taken separately, but is
most beneficial when taken along with Abtastic Toning. The key to staying
true to our fitness goals is to have fun. All classes require a yoga mat and
light weights are recommended. You will receive a $38 discount if you
register for all 3 Best Body classes in the same session. Abtastic Toning
(Mon at 7pm): Don't forget your abs! Join us as we do both standing
and floor abdominal exercises targeted to give us a strong core while also
building strong back muscles. This class can be taken separately but is
most beneficial when taken with both Legtastic Cardio classes. All you
need is a yoga mat.

ZUMBA
(Ages 15 +)
Zumba is a Latin and international dance-inspired cardio fitness exercise
which combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves.
This aerobic/fitness interval training combines fast and slow rhythms with
dance inspired exercises to tone and sculpt your body, top to bottom.
Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to
do. You don't have to know how to dance to Zumba. It's a "Feel Happy"
workout!

CARDIO YOGA PILATES
(Ages 18 +)
Get into Shape! You will get it all in this class! You will improve your
overall fitness; strengthen you cardio vascular system, tone your legs and
arms, firm your core with pilates, gain flexibility with yoga and improve
your balance. Instructors will use a variety of cardio formats to keep you
challenged. Please bring a yoga mat.
