QI GONG
(Ages 13 +)
Qi Gong is an ancient, gentle, beautiful and flowing exercise system that is
both easy and a joy to do. Many people find it both energizing and deeply
relaxing. All the movements are done naturally and with gentle rocking
motions and stretching it helps to improve circulation and digestion,
reducing physical tension and discomfort. The controlled breathing helps
reduce stress and anxiety. Qi Gong helps to regulate heart rate and blood
pressure, builds strength and flexibility, boosts energy and strengthens the
immune system. Students may choose to sit or stand as needed.

TRAIN WITH THE TRAINER
(Ages 18 +)
Join Lou Ann Chvatal, personal trainer, for a new workout each week that
focuses on muscle "partners" and specific strength training exercises, as
well as cardio work. She'll pick the exercises and you will decide how hard
you want to work!

TABATA PLUS
(Ages 15 +)
Tabata is high-intensity training that pushes both the aerobic and
anaerobic capacity. A Tabata workout is an interval training cycle of
maximum intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest-Plus this
class manipulates time, reps and volume to keep you moving. This
high-intensity intermittent training helps you produce maximum results in
minimum time.

PILATES MAT
(Ages 15 +)
This mat workout focuses on developing core stability & back strength
through a series of exercises performed on a mat. Abdominal, lower back,
glute and thigh muscles are the main areas targeted by Pilates training.
Considered a "no sweat" workout, Pilates aims to offer a revitalizing, not
exhausting, workout.

THE ESSENTIALS

Perfectly blends yoga, pilates and abdominal routine together to give
anyone's workout regime "The essentials." Helps with strength, flexibility
and abdominal toning. Designed to improve toning in arms, legs and abs.

STEP 'N STRENGTH INTERVALS
(Ages 18 +)
You will burn fat and shed the extra pounds more efficiently. There is
no difficult choreography to follow. Short work intervals are followed by
active rest. This type of exercise uses the aerobic and anaerobic energy
systems, which burns additional calories, even hours after your last
workout. Instructor will show you ways to modify or rev up each exercise.
Please bring a water bottle, mat and face towel to class. Use of stability
ball will be decided by the class.
