LOMBARD LEAPERS GYMNASTICS
(Ages 6–14)
The Lombard Leapers Gymnastics program will focus on the four events of
gymnastics: beam, bars, floor, and vault. Our instructors from locally-owned
Tumbling Times Inc are passionate about providing a positive and productive
experience for your child. The program is equipped to accommodate a wide
range of skills and age levels, and instructors are dedicated to helping your
child learn and progress. Participants in the program will have the option
of competing in meets against gymnasts from other park districts from
December–May (for an additional fee). Instructors will assess gymnasts at
the first class and will place them accordingly. Practices may occasionally be
canceled due to Glenbard East events, or take place at a later time
(i.e. 6:00–8:00 pm). Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.

based on Glenbard East gymnastics team schedule.
BEGINNER CLASS: is for gymnasts with limited or no experience on the
apparatuses or who are not ready to compete on the team.
ADVANCED BEGINNER CLASS: is for gymnasts who have received some
instruction, but do not wish to participate competitively.
GYMNASTICS TEAM: level is for participants who have demonstrated the
necessary skills to perform basic routines and compete against other local
park districts. Those who wish to compete on the gymnastics team must
complete at least one session of gymnastics team prior to December and
receive instructor approval.

YOUTH ATHLETICS
VOLLEYBALL SKILLS AND DRILLS
(Grades 3–8)
Improve your volleyball skills in setting, passing, overhand serving and
spiking. The program includes an evaluation of each student, as well as a
youth volleyball rating. Organized games will be held at the end of each
class.

AFTER SCHOOL BASKETBALL CAMP
(Grades 1–5)
Come out and play as we have fun learning the fundamentals of the
game with unique drills, games and contests that will keep you active and
sharpen your basketball skills. This program will blend the perfect amount of
organized games and fun activities that are productive, positive, and fun!
