LITTLE DRIBBLERS
(Ages 3-5)
Even future stars have to learn the basics of dribbling, passing, shooting, and
defensive positioning. Boys and girls will learn teamwork and sportsmanship
as they learn the game of basketball. Equipment will be tailored to ensure
success with every participant.

GIRLS SOFTBALL
(Ages 5-HS)
Lombard Park District offers an extensive youth softball program including
instruction for all ages and skill levels. The primary goal is to create an
opportunity for fundamental skills development in a positive, supportive,
friendly, safe and most importantly, fun environment for every player in each
league. The level is decided by current grade level. Coaches will determine
all practice times. The Park District reserves the right to combine age levels
if necessary.

GIRLS SOFTBALL SKILLS CLINIC
(Ages 9-14)
Girls interested in sharpening their softball skills can join the Lombard Park
District Friday evenings for these skills clinics. Learn proper techniques, drills,
and skills needed to play softball at a higher level. Bring your softball glove,
bat, comfortable clothes, and a positive attitude. Girls signing up for pitching
clinics are recommended to sign up for multiple sessions.

PARENT/TOT T-BALL TRAINING

Parents can enjoy America's favorite pastime with their child. Young children will
develop motor skills while having fun throwing, catching, batting and base running
like the big kids. Parents and their little athletes will enjoy making new friends and
working together to learn the basics of game play in this exciting class!

Learn the basics of batting, base running, catching, and throwing. We will
concentrate on the very fundamentals of game play and have a good time

BASEBALL HITTING AND
PITCHING CLINIC
(Ages 7-12)
Want to get ready for baseball season? Hone your skills over the winter using
the Glenbard East field house. Learn the fundamentals of hitting and pitching
taught by our experienced and passionate Park District staff. The hitting
portion will utilize the Glenbard East batting cages and emphasize improving
mechanics through batting practice, tee-work, and mini-games. The pitching
portion will emphasize proper throwing mechanics through repetition and
mini-games. Be ahead of the curve this year!
