TRUE HERO SELF DEFENSE
(Ages 4-10)
The True Hero Program is an Anti-Bullying Combative and Character Building
Program. It is a blend of tumbling, traditional, and nontraditional martial arts
and a new form a child self defense that we call playground defense. We will
address real life scenarios as chidren dress as their favorite superhero. We
learn that being a great defender means that you do not need super powers
to be super.

SULLIVAN'S KARATE SCHOOL
(Ages 4-14)
Karate is an art that stresses defense rather than offense. Sensei Matt is a 3rd
degree black belt who teaches the traditional style of Okinawan karate, and
is designed for youths, teens, and adults. Uniforms can be purchased through
the instructor, $30 for youth and $35 for adult. Parents can participate with
their enrolled children for no additional charge.

TAEKWONDO
Taekwondo is one of the newest Olympic sports, is a 2000-year-old martial
art, offering a variety of benefits for people of all ages and physical abilities.
Students have the opportunity to improve concentration, self esteem, achieve
lifelong physical fitness, and learn self-defense skills. Classes are taught
under the direction of G.Master Ki Hong Kim (9th Dan Kukkiwon World
Taekwondo Headquarters) from Oriental Arts Training Center (OATC). A
$45.00 uniform fee is required at the first class. Belt testing is offered through
KH Kim Taekwondo at an additional fee and is held twice a year. All colored
belt students are required to have complete sparing gear. This introductory
class is designed to captivate the interest of the youngest students. Skills are
developed through gentle instruction and appropriate games for their ability.
This class focuses on developing balance, coordination, and respect for the
discipline of martial arts training.
LITTLE DRAGONS
(Ages 4-5, White Belts +)
