DEFENDERS

The Defender Program is an Anti-Bullying Combative and Character Building
Program. It is a blend of tumbling, traditional and nontraditional martial arts,
and a new form of child self-defense that we call playground defense. We will
address real life scenarios as children dress as their favorite superhero. While
having fun, we learn that being a great defender means that you do not need
super powers to be super.
