VOLLEYBALL SKILLS & DRILLS
(Ages 8-10)
Improve your volleyball skills in setting, passing, overhand serving and spiking.
The program includes an evaluation of each student, as well as a youth volleyball
rating. Organized games will be held at the end of each class. Grade levels may
be combined based on enrollment numbers.

BASEBALL HITTING & PITCHING CLINICS
(Ages 6-12)
Want to get ready for baseball season? Hone your skills over the winter using
the Glenbard East field house. Learn the fundamentals of hitting and pitching
taught by our experienced and passionate Park District staff. The hitting portion
will utilize the Glenbard East batting cages and emphasize improving mechanics
through batting practice, tee-work, and mini-games. The pitching portion will
emphasize proper throwing mechanics through repetition and mini-games. Be
ahead of the curve this year!
