ART IN CHEMISTRY: WHAT IS IT?
(Ages 3-5)
Based on Kathleen Grippo's poem, in this class we will look at a large picture of
the sun. We will talk about its color, where it is, how it feels, and what it does for
us. We will take a large paper with a yellow blob on it and participants will make
a picture out of it. We will also play Sunshine BINGO with objects mentioned
in this poem. At the end of class we will have a sun parade featuring yellow
balloons. Participants will take home their balloons and picture. Children must
be toilet independent or wear pull-ups.

ART IN CHEMISTRY:
IS YOUR GRANDMA DIFFERENT?
(Ages 3-5)
Based on Kathleen Grippo's poem, participants will listen to the poem and talk
about their grandma, grandpa, care taker, adult, etc. Each participant will use
a microphone to interview their adult and ask questions such as: What is your
favorite color? What is your favorite food? Do you like to bake? Adults will answer
the questions using a scrapbook and then the participants will decorate their
scrapbook. Adult participation required. Children must be toilet independent or
wear pull-ups.

THE KID IN THE UNIVERSE
(Ages 3-5)
Based on Kathleen Grippo's poem, participants will learn what a solar system,
galaxy, and universe is, make a human solar system and draw a spaceship. We
will then have a scavenger hunt to find the objects in the poem: Stars, galaxies,
spaceships, and our planets. Finally we will fill in the pieces for a large universe
puzzle. Participants will take home their spaceship drawings. Children must be
toilet independent or wear pull-ups.

ART IN CHEMISTRY: MORGAN RECYCLES
(Ages 3-5)
Based on Kathleen Grippo's poem, participants will learn what recycling is and
talk about ways that objects can be recycled. Participants will make hats out of
newspaper and invent a toy or game using objects that will be provided. Each
participant will demonstrate their invention and play games! Participants will be
able to take home their hat and inventions! Children must be toilet independent
or wear pull-ups.

CAMP SNOWBALL
(Ages 3-6)
Join the fun during winter break at Camp Snowball! Arts and crafts projects,
songs, stories, and games will fill our day! Remember to dress for the weather,
because we will be going outside for sledding and more! If enrollment warrants,
children will be divided by age in separate classrooms. Children must be toilet
independent.

MUSIC TOGETHER
(Ages 0-6 and a parent)
You and your child can make beautiful music together! Our classes are fun for the
whole family. Enjoy a nine-week session with an experienced instructor guiding
you and your child(ren) as you sing, dance, move, laugh, play instruments, and
more! Your child will love this music class! They won't know they're practicing
large and small motor skills, developing emotional, social, and classroom skills,
expanding their verbal and cognitive skills because it's all happening while you
bond together through musical play that's fun for everyone! Each semester
introduces a new song collection. Tuition includes CD & digital download of
music, an illustrated songbook, and the Music Together newsletter. Additional
siblings receive a discount of $50. Siblings under 9 months are FREE! Sibling
discount offered with in-person registration only.
