FENCING
(Ages 8+)
This class will offer students the basic understanding of attack and defense.
Students will learn different moves and combinations that will help them develop
their skill. Fencing is great exercise for all ages. All equipment is provided.

SULLIVAN'S SCHOOL OF KARATE
(Ages 4+)
Karate is an art that stresses defense rather than offense. Sensei Matt is a 3rd
degree black belt who teaches the traditional style of Okinawan karate, and is
designed for youths, teens and adults. Uniforms can be purchased through the
instructor, $30 for youth and $35 for adult. Parents can participate with their
enrolled children for no additional charge.

ILLINOIS SHOTOKAN KARATE CLUB CLASSES

Illinois Shotokan Karate Club is Chicagoland's premier karate school taught under the instruction of John DiPasquale, a four-time National Champion, US National
Coach and President of the US National Karate Federation. ISKC's karate classes help develop flexibility, strength, and coordination in fun, yet disciplined activities.
This program offers a good mix of strength training, with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises. Students increase their coordination, agility and poise, as well as
learn lasting personal safety skills. They also benefit from the mental stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming

• Please note that the Youth, Parent/Child and Adult classes may train together.
• Beginner students will not be permitted to register into the current session after the second class has met.
