Other Fund Highlights
Capital Projects
A majority of the capital projects are scheduled to occur during the summer months. The following have
been completed or are in progress during the third quarter of the year: the replacement of the HVAC
system at the Administration Office, the removal and planting of trees, the construction of a CXT restroom
at Four Seasons, the installation of a folding gate with railings at Lilacia Park, the replacement of brick
pavers at Lilacia Park, repairs to the boilers at Paradise Bay, the purchase of a timing system at Paradise Bay,
the rebuilding of a turbine pump at Paradise Bay, the purchase of cardio equipment for the fitness room,
a variety of vehicle replacements, the purchase of a playground at Terrace View, the purchase of a rough
mower for Western Acres, the purchase of six (6) new golf carts for Western Acres, the purchase of a six inch
pump at Western Acres, and numerous paving projects. Additional information can be found on the Capital
