CARDIO YOGA PILATES
(Ages 18 +)
Get into shape! You will improve your overall fitness; strengthen your
cardiovascular system, tone your legs and arms, firm your core with Pilates, gain
flexibility with yoga, and improve your balance. Instructor will use a variety of
cardio formats to keep you challenged. Please bring a yoga mat.

SIT & GET FIT!
(Ages 15 +)
An innovative "sit down" exercise class for the beginner to exercise or the
participants with limited range of motion. This full aerobic workout begins with
a blend of yoga stretches and gradually progresses to more accelerated and
isometric types of movements. Most movements are performed while seated
and all movements can be adjusted to all ability levels. Receive a $24 discount
when registering for both classes.

CARDIO PUSH!
(Ages 18 +)
This class allows you to fuse cardio and strength interval training
dynamically and cohesively with your classmates. Using state of the art fitness
equipment, each class pushes you with opportunity to work your core, cardio
endurance, and stamina. No two weeks will be the sameā¦.and neither will
you! Time to retire the old fitness plateaus, and push yourself like you've never
experienced. Please bring your own mat.

BOOT CAMP
(Ages 15 +)
Go the extra step and push yourself to achieve your goals. This class will
combine cardiovascular, endurance, and strength training using dumbbells,
barbells, tubes, and body weight exercises. Through challenging yet fun and safe
exercises, you will get a total body workout and will feel more energized.

Group Fitness
The Lombard Park District takes recycling seriously to help create a sustainable
environment for the future. The District is committed to developing and implement-
ing recycling programs such as a battery collection drive and holiday lights and
extension cord collection. Daily collection of paper, cardboard, plastic and aluminum
bins are available throughout our parks and facilities. In addition, the District prints
their publications on recycled paper with soy-based inks.
