Spring 2016 Activity Guide | 51 CARDIO YOGA PILATES (Ages 18 +) Get into shape! You will improve your overall fitness; strengthen your cardiovascular system, tone your legs and arms, firm your core with Pilates, gain flexibility with yoga, and improve your balance. Instructor will use a variety of cardio formats to keep you challenged. Please bring a yoga mat. (Ages 15 +) An innovative "sit down" exercise class for the beginner to exercise or the participants with limited range of motion. This full aerobic workout begins with a blend of yoga stretches and gradually progresses to more accelerated and isometric types of movements. Most movements are performed while seated and all movements can be adjusted to all ability levels. Receive a $24 discount when registering for both classes. The District is committed to developing and implement- ing recycling programs such as a battery collection drive and holiday lights and extension cord collection. Daily collection of paper, cardboard, plastic and aluminum bins are available throughout our parks and facilities.
