Summer 2016 Activity Guide | 33 CHICAGO FIRE SOCCER CAMP (Ages 3-14) Get ready to take your soccer performance to the next level this summer with Chicago Fire Camps! Chicago Fire Camps are all about giving players the opportunity to develop their skills in an environment that is positive and rewarding. Our highly qualified and talented staff have unrivalled experience of youth soccer development both in the US and abroad and bring all of this experience to help your child become the next soccer superstar! Each child is different, both in their personality and learning style, our Emerging Talent Pathway is specifically designed to reflect this and develop the talent of each soccer player that participates. Whether a player is new to the sport or already a superstar on the field, Chicago Fire Camps will make every participant feel like a winner! Each player will receive a Shirt, Soccer Ball, and a Chicago Fire game ticket! Campers should bring their own ball, shin guards and water bottle each day. Each team will play a minimum of six games. Weekday practices will be chosen by each coach and teams will be chosen using the Team Formation Guidelines found online. Coaches are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to secure a team for the season. All participants need to fill out a Youth Sport Information at lombardparks.com. Each participant must wear a Lombard Park District basketball jersey which can be purchased for $18 at SKRC. Anyone who registers after the 6/1 deadline will be placed on a waitlist, and is not guaranteed a spot on a team. Grab some friends and organize a team. Players in this basketball league will play games outdoors on Sunday afternoons. Teams will play six regular season games and participate in a season-ending tournament. Game jerseys will be provided to each participant prior to the first game. All players MUST be in High School during the 2015-16 school year. Volunteer coaches are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to secure a team for the season. Now with over 700 college ultimate teams it is time we started taking the sport to the next level. In this class you will develop skills, technique and game play with over a week of training! Participants will receive a free uniform, and athletes who attend a Serve City program this summer will receive a 25% discount off a second Serve City class of their choice this summer, fall or winter!
