Fine Art
YOUTH DRAWING
(Ages 7-12)
The students in this class will study line, shape, contour, gestures, perspective,
composition, and use of different types of drawing materials. There will be an
emphasis on individual exploration, discovering and developing uniqueness of
interpretation and expression.

WATERCOLOR PAINTING
(Ages 7-12)
Learn the basics of watercolor painting and explore various techniques to create
your own masterpiece. In the multi-session workshop, participants will explore
watercolors in a new way. The instructor will guide you through a step-by-step
process and give you helpful hints along the way. We will try different techniques
each session to create unique pieces. Smocks will be provided.

SENIOR WATERCOLOR PAINTING
(Ages 18 +)
Learn to work with a variety of watercolor materials and techniques including
pencils, watercolor cakes and tubes, and an assortment of paper. We will
explore different techniques (i.e. wet on wet vs. wet on dry and use of salt). All
student levels are welcomed and students are encouraged to come to class with
proposed projects and questions. Basic supplies are included.

ART CAMP

Try our weeklong art camp! Campers will have the opportunity to learn and work
with many different mediums such as watercolors, oils, acrylics, drawing, mixed
media, and pottery! Each day will be something different and new!

JUNIOR POTTERY
(Ages 4-6)
This hands-on class introduces kids to pottery with simple projects to promote
basic pottery and glazing skills. Students will follow along with guided projects,
and creativity is encouraged! The last class of each session is dedicated to pick-
up pieces and artwork.

Similar to Junior Pottery, Youth Pottery introduces kids to pottery but with the
addition of more advanced projects and an introduction to more hand building
and glazing techniques. A new project will be introduced each week to promote
learning new skills. Creativity is encouraged to personalize each project! The last
class of each session is dedicated to pick-up pieces and artwork.
