POWER YOGA
(Ages 18+)
An active and athletic style of yoga adapted from the traditional Ashtanga
system. Power Yoga does not stick to the same sequence of poses each time
like Ashtanga does, so the style varies depending on the instructor. Isometric
movements recruit every muscle in the body, which sparks metabolism and
results in more calories burned.

GOLDEN YOGA
(Ages 55+)
Enjoy the morning gently opening and strengthening the body! Yoga can be
practiced by anyone and anywhere! This class will focus on standing postures and
will be adjusted to each person's skill level. This class also incorporates breathing
exercises and final relaxation. Bring your mat, some water, comfortable clothes,
and a smile!

TOTAL BODY SCULPT
(Ages 15+)
Increase lean body mass and burn fat by working the upper and lower
body simultaneously. This class will use dumbbells, resistance band,
steps, and stability balls. We will challenge balance, core strength,
flexibility, and mind agility throughout this class. Class will include one
week of Kickboxing and please bring an exercise ball to class the first
Monday of the month.

CORE BODY STRENGTH
(Ages 15+)
STRENGTH: If we don't make it, we lose it! Find what you're looking for here,
when it comes to needing a strong core of support. Get stronger with the fusion
of free weights, resistance bands, body bars, stability balls, rigorous mat work,
and routines that are far from predictable. Please bring your own mat. NOTE:
you will need a stability ball on the 3rd, 4th, 7th, and 8th weeks of class.
