ICE SKATING: TEEN/ADULT BASICS
(Ages 14+)
Center Ice Skating School in Glen Ellyn offers a comprehensive system of ice
skating instruction for all ability levels. This class is for participants ages 14 & up
and will be tailored to individual needs. Participants registering through the Park
District receive discounted lessons. For more information, call (630) 790-9696

OPEN GYM BASKETBALL & VOLLEYBALL

Do you want to enjoy some friendly competition on the volleyball or basketball
court? Then get active and come out to Pleasant Lane School to get your game
on! Picture ID is required to verify residency. Participants pay on site. Punch
cards are available for purchase on site. If you are interested in open gym,

MEN'S BASKETBALL LEAGUE
(Ages 18+)
The Men's Adult Basketball League is now starting in November! Teams will
consist of 5-12 players. Leagues will run on Tuesday or Thursday nights, between
6:30 pm and 10:30 pm. Included is a ten game regular season followed by
playoffs. Prize money for placement in regular season and playoffs included.
Games are played at Pleasant Lane Elementary School - 401 N. Main Street.
Registration deadline is October 21. For further details, contact Program

ADULT TENNIS
(Ages 16+)
Want to improve your tennis skills? Beginner/Intermediate Lessons will cater to
beginning players who have never played before or intermediate players who
have limited experience and formal instruction. Players will brush up on basics
with a focus on strokes, overhead serve, and progressing to volley placement
and consistency. The program includes individual and group instruction. Adult
Drills cater to individuals who know the basics of tennis, and any player who
wants to improve. This class will feature less step-by-step instruction and more
match-play and volleying. Players must supply own racquets. Instructors may
recommend switching class levels based on skill level.

COED VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE

The Park District invites players of all ability levels to participate in a coed
volleyball league. Teams will play an 8 match season with a single elimination
tournament at the end of league play. Note: Five or more non-residents
