Group Fitness 56 SENIOR FITNESS (Ages 55 +) Participants of all levels will increase strength, range of motion, balance, and mind agility through the use of simple dance moves to music, use of light dumb bells, resistance bands, and balls. This class is a fun way to stay healthy and fit. Please bring a mat to class each week. Senior Strength Training focuses on maintaining muscle tone and developing strength by working out to music with light weights, bands, etc. Both classes are a full body workout taught by an instructor with extensive senior fitness teaching experience. Participants purchase a punch card, good for either class and used only when classes are attended. You may join at any time. Consult your physician before registering.
