These girls and boys leagues may be combined into a co-rec league if participation is low. REQUIRED GEAR: • LPD jersey/shirt (games only); shin guards, water bottle AFTER REGISTERING: • Fill out Youth Sports Information Form – Requests for teams, players, or coaches will not be guaranteed. • Purchase a game jersey for $18 at SKRC (Pre-K league participants do NOT need to purchase a jersey. League Shirts will be provided prior to the first game for the Pre-K league.) IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER: 03/06: Final registration deadline. All registrants after this date are waitlisted and not guaranteed a spot in the program. 03/24: Coaches will contact players by this date. Please call (630) 620-7322 if you haven't been contacted by your coach. 04/03: Any withdrawals from program after this date are subject to a $10 processing fee. 04/08: Games start. 04/24: Final date to withdraw and receive a pro-rated refund. No refunds after this date. SPRING SOCCER LEAGUES (Ages 4-Grade 9) Give your child the opportunity to experience the world's most popular sport! Participants will learn and improve their soccer skills and share in the fun and camaraderie at the heart of youth sports in this program. Teams practice once per week (weather permitting) on a day, time, and location determined by your coach and have at least one practice before their first game of the season. Games are approximately one hour on Saturdays. If rainouts occur, games will be rescheduled for an additional Saturday at the end of the season or on weekday evenings. The season may be extended one to two weeks due to rainouts. Lombard Park District staff selects the teams and coaches using the Team Formation Guidelines (available at www.lombardparks.com). For more information, please consult the Parents Manual available online. Volunteer coaches are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to secure a team for the season. BASKETBALL DAY-OFF CAMP (Ages 6-11) Come out & play with the 3Point Athletics on your day off from school! Join us for a special one day camp to keep students active, productive, and having fun on a day they would typically be in school. The camp will include fun basketball activities and plenty of organized team play to create a fun-filled, action-packed day! Participants should bring water, athletic clothing and shoes, and a snack. Learn skills and perform drills that enabled Zach Miller to earn a Division 1 scholarship. He will lead players through a series of drills designed to help them perform at the highest level.
