29 Music PIANO INSTRUCTION (Ages 7-17) Piano lessons offer one-on-one instruction that will include piano theory, piano technique, and sight-reading. Levels range from beginners to advanced players and participants will learn to play classical and popular songs. Lessons are offered in 30-minute sessions on Wednesday afternoons and early evenings. The instructor will inform students and parents of books required, which can be purchased through a local music store. Once lessons begin, the Park District cannot offer refunds or make-ups for missed classes. Imagine the joy and self-confidence this will bolster! Sheet music for each song is included. Authentic and pleasant sounding child-sized guitars with carrying case are provided for a $10 rental fee per session. Optional practice CD's are available from the instructor for $10 each. No refunds will be issued after the first class.
