SENIOR FITNESS
(Ages 55 +)
Participants of all levels will increase strength, range of motion, balance, and
mind agility through the use of simple dance moves to music, use of light dumb
bells, resistance bands, and balls. This class is a fun way to stay healthy and fit.
Please bring a mat to class each week.

CURVY GIRLS WORKOUT
(Ages 18 +)
This is a specially designed non-intimidating workout for women wanting to
start or continue an exercise program. Class will work on a variety of low impact
effective exercises to lower Body Mass Index (BMI). Let's build muscle and start
living healthy while supporting each other. Instructor is ACSM Certified Personal
Trainer.

YOGA LITE

Enjoy the morning gently opening and strengthening the body! Yoga can be
practiced by anyone and anywhere! This class will focus on standing postures
and will be adjusted to each person's skill level. This class also incorporates
breathing exercises and final relaxation. Please bring a mat, water, comfortable
clothes, and a smile!

SENIOR EXERCISE
(Ages 55 +)
Looking for a friendly fitness class? This is it! Senior Exercise is moderately-
paced with aerobic routines set to music and geared toward active adults. Senior
Strength Training focuses on maintaining muscle tone and developing strength
by working out to music with light weights, bands, etc. Both classes are a full
body workout taught by an instructor with extensive senior fitness teaching
experience. Participants purchase a punch card, good for either class and used
only when classes are attended. You may join at any time. Consult your physician
before registering. Please bring an exercise mat to each class. Join our social
group for lots of fun and exercise too! Attend your first class FREE!

PARENT & CHILD YOGA
(Ages 4-8)
Spend time with your child while increasing flexibility, strength, concentration
and your parent-child bond. Learn a variety of poses to do when waking, for
playtime, before bedtime and as a midday pick-me-up. Parent and child can
share a mat, and more than one child can register with a parent. Note: Fee
includes one adult and two children.
