LEVEL 6 | Ages 9-14
Focus on the overall improvement of stroke development. Students
are encouraged to swim laps while instructors refine their skills. Skills
learned include approach and hurdle on diving board, breaststroke,
butterfly, speed turn, and pull out for breaststroke, pike surface
dive, throwing rescue, and review of previous level skills.
LEVEL 7 | Ages 9-14
Designed for the competitive swimmer. Endurance is emphasized,
as well as quick turns. Skills learned include tread water for 5
minutes, front crawl/200 yards, backstroke flip turn, front dive from
the board in turn or pike position, and assist with backboard rescue.

Beginner
Designed for the non-swimmer, you will be introduced to the water
basics, necessary skills, and water safety.
Intermediate
For adults who float unassisted on their fronts and backs. The basics
of front crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, and more.

A fun celebration with games, water activities, crafts, and prizes! Join us as
we explore the creatures of the sea. Don't forget your swimsuit and towel.

PIRATE PARTY
(Ages 3-5)
Children will play pirate games and hunt for gold coins on the grass. Please
bring a bucket or bag from home to carry the coins. Children will wrap up the
pirate adventure by purchasing prizes from the Pirate General Store with their
coins. Children are encouraged to dress as pirates and enjoy the adventure!
