SWIM CAMP
(Ages 6-18)
This will be a great opportunity to improve swimming skills for both the novice
and the team swimmer. Join the Paradise Bay swim instructors and work on
stroke development, put some polish on your flip turns, or just enjoy the water.
Each swimmer will work to improve their skills at their own level. Activities will
include: conditioning, skills training, and individual instruction, as well as fun
activities including dive well and the water slides. Swimmers will be broken down
into small groups by age to best facilitate learning. Each swimmer should bring
a healthy snack each day for a mid-morning energy pick up.

SPRINGBOARD DIVING LESSONS
(Ages 8-15)
Join Elizabeth Flint, Lombard WAVES Dive Team coach, to learn the basics of
diving. This dive class will include the three-step approach, front and back dives,
and more, depending on each individual's skill level. Each diver must be able to
swim one length of the pool comfortably to participate in this class. (8 classes
and 6 classes for Sat. classes) the first week is M-F and second week is M-W.

DIVING LESSONS
(Ages 8-15)
Join Elizabeth Flint, Lombard WAVES Dive Team coach, to perfect your diving
skills. This dive class will improve on the beginner techniques and introduce
advance diving techniques. Each diver must be able to swim one length of the
pool comfortably to participate in this class.

BOY SCOUT BADGE PROGRAMS
(Ages 9-10)
Paradise Bay is a great place for scouts of all ages to earn merit badges! This
program meets certain badge requirements established by the Boy Scouts of
America. Additional time will be scheduled as needed. To schedule a group or
private session, please have a troop leader or parent contact Debbie Whitcher
at (630) 953-2370.
