MINIATURE DINOSAUR GARDEN
(Ages 8-11)
Make something ordinary extraordinary! With just a few plants, a pebble stone
path and a little imagination, you can make your very own miniature fantasy
world. Choose from common miniature plants including foliage and succulent
varieties combined with a variety of surface materials (gravels, mulches, and
stepping stones) to create your ideal tiny wonderland. Indoor gardens are
perfect for anyone of any age. Please bring your own container (no larger than
12" diameter or shorter than 3" depth) along with your mini garden accessories
and accoutrements for dinosaurs. Class fee includes: Instruction, soil, gravel,
three plants, surface materials, and after care instructions.

FIRST AID, ADULT & PEDIATRIC CPR,
& AED CERTIFICATION
(Ages 12 +)
Learn to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac and breathing
emergencies, and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns,
scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, and cold. On-line portion of
class must be completed before class and is a two year certification. Course fee
includes on-line access to digital version of manual and refresher course.

TEEN NIGHTS AT THE POOL
(Entering grades 6-9)
Check out our weekly teen nights every Thursday night at Paradise Bay. While
you're swimming and dancing the night away, don't forget about the weekly
raffles and pool games for cool prizes. These events are open to all area Middle
School age youth. Concessions are available, so bring extra money for snacks!
Parent/guardian signature is required for admission to Teen Nights at the Pool.
Cash only. Bring school ID.

SIGN LANGUAGE

Knowing your ABC's is one thing, but did you ever wonder how to sign them?
This is your opportunity to not only learn sign language, but to communicate
with it. This introductory course will teach basic signs and phrases like "good job"
or "you're welcome." Join us as a certified deaf education instructor teaches how
to communicate with someone who is deaf or hard-of-hearing.
