This class is designed for all fitness levels and will keep your body blasting calories hours past your workout. This class will challenge you both aerobically and anaerobically by doing short segments of cardiovascular training with kickboxing, followed by short segments of multi-muscle toning. Participants need to bring a mat. Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. You don't have to know how to dance to Zumba. It's a "feel happy" workout! Revitalize and balance your entire being by relieving STRESS with yoga. Complete the end of your hectic work week by beginning your day feeling peaceful, energized and focused. Instructor uses props (yoga block, yoga straps, rolled blanket) to help you get into the poses. You will gain strength, flexibility and improve your stamina. Weak abdominals, bad backs and poor posture will all be addressed in this class. You will leave feeling rejuvenated. Participants need to bring a yoga mat, two blocks, & strap.
