FAIRY PRINCESS DANCE

BALLROOM DANCE BEGINNER
(Ages 17+)
Discover the fun and wonderful world of ballroom dance in this beginner/
refresher class. Even if you think you have two left feet, instructors Dean and
Laurie Francis can help you learn the basics and have a great time dancing the
fox-trot, waltz, cha-cha, and swing/jitterbug. Their weekly videos on YouTube
will help you learn faster and remember the dances week to week. Both partners
must be registered. Fee is per person.

LYRICAL CONTEMPORARY
(Ages 5-14)
Lyrical Contemporary I (ages 5-6): younger students will work on basic ballet
and jazz technique and linking steps together in a final combination at the end
of class. Lyrical Contemporary II (ages 7-9): students will continue to build on
their ballet and jazz technique while being introduced to basic modern technique
including floor work. They will also be working on the fundamentals of leaps and
turns. Lyrical Contemporary III (ages 10-14): students will progress to more
advanced ballet, jazz and modern technique..

BALLET TECHNIQUE

DANCE DRESS CODE
Appropriate dance attire is required for all dance classes. No jeans, dresses,
sandals, or street shoes are allowed. All dancers must wear dance shoes to class,
black jazz shoes are required for all hip hop and pom/jazz classes, black tap
shoes are required for all tap classes, and white or pink ballet shoes are required
for all pre-ballet, ballet, and lyrical/contemporary classes.
