KICK/SCULPT/CORE
(Ages 15+)
Your favorite cardio kick box class will be done in an easy to follow boot camp
style format! This class is designed for all fitness levels and will keep your body
blasting calories hours past your workout. This class will challenge you both
aerobically and anaerobically by doing short segments of cardiovascular training
with kickboxing, followed by short segments of multi-muscle toning. Participants
need to bring a mat.

MUSCLE WORK
(Ages 15+)
Get stronger with the fusion of free weights, resistance bands, body bars, stability
balls, rigorous mat work, and routines that are far from predictable. Please bring
your own mat. NOTE: You will need a stability ball on the 3rd, 4th, 7th, and 8th
weeks of class.

3-2-1 CIRCUIT TRAINING
(Ages 15+)
This class is structured with three minutes of strength training, two minutes
of cardio, and one minute of active recovery. Experience muscle building and
gain cardio fitness in this athletic circuit class. Appropriate progressions and
regressions will be given for each exercise performed.

ZUMBA
(Ages 15+)
Zumba is a Latin and international dance-inspired cardio fitness exercise that
combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves. This aerobic/
fitness interval training combines fast and slow rhythms with dance inspired
exercises to tone and sculpt your body, top to bottom. Zumba is based on the
principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. You don't have to know
how to dance to Zumba. It's a "feel happy" workout!

CORE BODY STRENGTH
(Ages 15+)
This class is designed for all fitness levels. Revitalize and balance your entire
being by relieving STRESS with yoga. Complete the end of your hectic work
week by beginning your day feeling peaceful, energized and focused. Instructor
uses props (yoga block, yoga straps, rolled blanket) to help you get into the
poses. You will gain strength, flexibility and improve your stamina. Weak
abdominals, bad backs and poor posture will all be addressed in this class. You
will leave feeling rejuvenated. Participants need to bring a yoga mat, two blocks,
& strap.
