A recent study has found that people who keep a gratitude journal, in which they wrote down the things they are grateful for, were less likely to be stressed and unhappy than those people who did not keep a journal. Real life isn't always perfect; it doesn't always go our way, however the recurring acknowledgment of what is working in your life can help you not only survive, but surmount your difficulties and become a better person.
