KEEPING A GRATITUDE JOURNAL
(Ages 13 +)
Learn a more positive way of thinking, and appreciate the things you have. A
recent study has found that people who keep a gratitude journal, in which they
wrote down the things they are grateful for, were less likely to be stressed and
unhappy than those people who did not keep a journal. Real life isn't always
perfect; it doesn't always go our way, however the recurring acknowledgment of
what is working in your life can help you not only survive, but surmount your
difficulties and become a better person.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group personal training is for people who want to work with a certified
personal trainer within a group setting. When held accountable by other members
in the group, each member will show up regularly and will challenge each other
to succeed. The trainer will pay close attention to your posture and form while
leading the group through a great workout to achieve your fitness goals. Find
some friends and come out for an energizing morning workout. Are you up for
the challenge?

cardiovascular, endurance, and strength training using dumbbells, barbells, tubes
and body weight exercises. Through challenging, yet, fun and safe exercises, you

TOTAL BODY SCULPT
(Ages 15 +)
Increase lean body mass and burn fat by working the upper and lower
body simultaneously. This class will use dumbbells, resistance band,
steps and stability balls. We will challenge balance, core strength, flexibility and mind agility throughout this class. Participants must bring
their own mat to each class and a stability ball to class the first Monday
of the month.
