HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL LEAGUE
(Grades 9-12)
Your basketball career is not over after middle school! Grab some friends and
organize a team. Players in this basketball league will practice once weekly
and play games on Sunday afternoons. Teams will play eight regular season
games and participate in a season-ending tournament. Leagues will be combined
if minimums are not met. Game jerseys will be provided to each participant
prior to the first game. Players who play for their High School Basketball Team
cannot play due to I.H.S.A. rules. All players MUST be in High School during the
2019-20 season. Requests for teams, players, or coaches will not be guaranteed.
Volunteer coaches are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to secure a team
for the season. Leagues may be combined due to enrollment.

YOUTH BASKETBALL
(Grades K-8)
Participants will learn basic skills and enjoy the fun and competition of weekly games. Games will be approximately one-
hour. Grades K-2 will have both practices and games on Saturdays (8 weeks total). Grades 3 and higher will play a nine
game season on weekends and will typically have a one-hour practice one evening per week at a local school gym, day, and
time chosen by their coach. Additional practice times are determined by coach and gym availability. Please see the Team
Formation Guidelines online. Volunteer Coaches are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to secure a team for the
season. For more information, please ask for a parent's manual at SKRC or download one at lombardparks.com. Required
items: LPD jersey, gym shoes, water bottle.

Youth Sport Information Form
at lombardparks.com. Each
participant must purchase a
game jersey for $20 at SKRC.
Anyone who registers after the
11/11 deadline will be placed on a
waitlist, and is not guaranteed a
spot on a team. Any withdrawals
after 12/02 are subject to a $10
processing fee. A pro-rated refund
may be granted within the first
two scheduled weeks, after this
there will be no refunds. Requests
for teams, players, or coaches will
not be guaranteed. Teams will be
formed using the Team Formation
Guidelines. Leagues may be
combined due to enrollment.
AFTER SCHOOL BASKETBALL CAMP
(Ages 6-11)
Come out and play as we have fun learning the fundamentals of the game with
unique drills, games, and contests that will keep you active and sharpen your
basketball skills. This program will blend the perfect amount of organized games
and fun activities that are productive, positive, and fun!
