Senior Strength Training focuses on maintaining muscle tone and developing strength by working out to music with light weights, bands, etc. Participants purchase a punch card, good for either class and used only when classes are attended. You may join at any time. Consult your physician before registering. Please bring an exercise mat to class. First class is FREE!
