SULLIVAN'S SCHOOL OF KARATE
(Ages 4-14)
Sensei Matt is a 3rd degree black belt who teaches the traditional style of
Okinawan karate, and is designed for youths, teens and adults. Uniforms can be
purchased through the instructor, $30 for youth and $35 for adult. Parents can
participate with their enrolled children for no additional charge.

ILLINOIS SHOTOKAN KARATE CLUB CLASSES
Illinois Shotokan Karate Club is Chicagoland's premier karate school taught
under the instruction of John DiPasquale, a four-time National Champion, US
National Coach and President of the US National Karate Federation. ISKC's
karate classes help develop flexibility, strength and coordination in fun, yet
disciplined activities. This program offers a good mix of strength training, with
cardiovascular and flexibility exercises that increase their coordination, agility
and safety skills. They learn the choreographed moves of the kata. Please visit

VICTORY FAMILY MMA
(Ages 5-11)
Our classes will provide a safe environment where students will learn the most
effective styles of martial arts, infused with lessons on character development.
Students train through boxing and kickboxing techniques (punching, footwork
and defense), judo/wrestling techniques (take-downs and defense), jiu-jitsu
technique (submissions and how to control someone on the ground) and
through mat chats (personal development topics each month). Our goal is for
students to be able to know different moves, understand them and apply what
we learn through mat chats at the end of each month.

Uniforms and belt testing are options available through the ISKC instructor.
Beginner students will not be permitted to register for the current session
after the second class has met.
