ISKC's karate classes help develop flexibility, strength and coordination in fun, yet disciplined activities. This program offers a good mix of strength training, with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises that increase their coordination, agility and safety skills. They learn the choreographed moves of the kata. Please visit iskc.com for more information or call us at (847) 359-0666. VICTORY FAMILY MMA (Ages 5-11) Our classes will provide a safe environment where students will learn the most effective styles of martial arts, infused with lessons on character development. Students train through boxing and kickboxing techniques (punching, footwork and defense), judo/wrestling techniques (take-downs and defense), jiu-jitsu technique (submissions and how to control someone on the ground) and through mat chats (personal development topics each month). Our goal is for students to be able to know different moves, understand them and apply what we learn through mat chats at the end of each month.
