lombardparks.com | (630) 620-7322 55 Group fitness LAND GROUP EXERCISE ZUMBA (Ages 15+) An aerobic/fitness interval training workout that combines fast and slow rhythms with dance inspired exercises to tone and sculpt your body, top to bottom. Zumba is a fun, easy, "feel happy" workout. CORE BODY STRENGTH (Ages 15+) Get stronger with the fusion of free weights, resistance bands, body bars, stability balls, and rigorous mat work, and routines that are far from predictable. AOA (ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS ) (Ages 55+) AOA is a total body fitness program. Class consists of 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of strength training, followed by 15 minutes of cardio and stretching. All moves can be done seating the chairs that are provided. WAKE UP CALL (Ages 15+) A total body workout that incorporates interval, resistance, and strength training. The class will improve core and total body strength and cardiovascular endurance. BOOT CAMP (Ages 15+) Boot Camp combines cardiovascular endurance and strength training using dumbbells, barbells, tubes, and body weight exercises. Through challenging yet fun and safe exercises, you will get a total body workout. MORNING WALK (Ages 15+) Enjoy a workout in local parks. Nordic walking poles or hand weights will be used while you walk. A list of parks and dates will be provided at Madison Meadow Park on the first day of class. GROUP WALK PROGRAM (Ages 15+) Life is movement; improving your habits of movement will contribute to your quality of life. This is a group walk class planned for all skill levels. THE ESSENTIALS (Ages 15+) A perfectly blended workout using body resistance and light weights to target the entire body. The class is designed to target the core, sculpt the glutes and thighs, and tone the arms. TRAIN WITH THE TRAINER (Ages 15+) Join our personal trainer for a new workout each week that focuses on muscle partners and specific strength training exercises, as well as cardio. FRONT BACK SIDE (Ages 15+) Let's target your muscles, shaping abs, back, butt, thighs, and arms. You will get strong using your body weight as resistance along with free weights. HALF AND HALF (Ages 15+) Reshape your whole body with this energizing program. The first half of class will alternate low impact and low intensity moves. The second half of class will be strength training techniques. SCULPT/CORE (Ages 15+) Build strength and definition in this total body workout. This class will utilize weights, bands, and bars. The dedicated ab portion of class will build core strength. KICK/SCULPT/CORE (Ages 15+) Your favorite cardio kickbox class will be done in an easy to follow boot camp style format. This class is designed for all fitness levels and will keep your body blasting calories hours past your workout. BARRE FIT (Ages 15+) A total body, low impact workout to strengthen your core, sculpt the glutes and thighs and tone the arms. CARDIO, CORE AND MORE (Ages 15+) Cardio exercises combined with resistance training for a total body workout.
