page 63 general information INSURANCE ATTENTION DOG OWNERS AFFILIATE PROGRAMS The Lombard Park District does not provide medical insurance coverage for individuals who participate in District programs or use District facilities. To do so would make programs and user fees cost prohibitive. Dogs are required by Park District ordinance to be on a leash at all times. We also ask owners to refrain from walking their dogs on athletic fields, children's play areas and paths, and to pick up after their pets. Several independent organizations use Park District fields and facilities, and/or provide special programs not offered by the Park District.
