Flexibility, core strength, balance and elements of HIIT combine in this challenging conditioning class. BARRE FIT A total body, low impact workout to strengthen your core, sculpt the glutes and thighs and tone the arms. BOOT CAMP Boot Camp combines cardiovascular endurance and strength training using dumbbells, barbells, tubes, and body weight exercises. BOOT CAMP + ABS Boot Camp + Abs combines cardiovascular endurance and strength training using dumbbells and body weight while incorporating necessary abdominal exercises. CARDIO, CORE & MORE Cardio exercises combined with resistance training for a total body workout. Using light weights and body resistance you will sculpt your abs, glutes, and arms in this body toning workout all while strengthening your core. CIRCUIT TRAINING Get a full body, high intensity workout while targeting specific muscle groups. CORE BODY STRENGTH Get stronger with the fusion of free weights, resistance bands, body bars, stability balls, and rigorous mat work. THE ESSENTIALS This class uses body resistance and light weights. The class is designed to target the core, sculpt the glutes and thighs, and tone the arms. FIIT A high intensity dynamic workout that combines strength, cardio, and core. FRONT, BACK, SIDE Let's target your muscles, shaping abs, back, butt, thighs, and arms. You will get strong using your body weight as resistance along with free weights. HALF AND HALF The first half of class will alternate low impact and low intensity moves. The second half of class will be strength training techniques. INSANITY™ (Ages 15+) Shawn T's revolutionary cardio-based total-body conditioning program based on MAX interval training. INSANITY pushes you to burn more calories with fast results and a quicker metabolism. INTERVALS Get an awesome workout with interval training. This class will use a variety of cardio activities and body weight exercises for a total body workout. KICK/SCULPT/CORE Your favorite cardio kickbox class will be done in an easy to follow boot camp format. This class is designed for all fitness level and blasts calories. MUSCLE UP Build strength, endurance and definition with weight training movements. ON THE BALL A class designed using the stability ball, medicine ball, and genie ball. Exercises will work to stabilize and strengthen the core. POUND!™ POUND fuses interval training with drumming to give participants a challenging whole body workout. All materials provided. All levels welcome. TRAIN WITH THE TRAINER Join our personal trainer for a new workout each week that focuses on muscle partners and specific strength training exercises, as well as cardio. TRX INTERVAL Suspension training with high intensity efforts. TRX can be scaled to fit any individual. Other equipment maybe used. WERQ™ WERQ is a fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music. Cool down combines static stretching and balance poses. ZUMBA™ An aerobic/fitness interval training workout that combines fast and slow rhythms with dance inspired exercises to tone and sculpt your body. ZUMBA™ STEP Zumba Step is a combination of step training and a regular Zumba class. Burn calories while toning and strengthening legs and glutes. (Ages 15+)
