Districtwide Comprehensive Master Plan 67 Needs Assessment
Survey Indications
Actions the District residents are willing
to fund include the development of a new
recreation center or development of indoor
aquatics. While the District did seem to be
in favor of funding these specifi c actions,
further study is recommended as the
support was not overwhelming.
Most residents are willing to pay some
amount of additional taxes to fund
improvements, development, and
operations of parks and recreational
facilities. Nineteen percent would be willing
to pay between $10 and $39 per year,
15% would be willing to pay between $40
and $69, and 16% would be willing to pay
between $70 and $99 per year.
