AT A GLANCE
Club Rec Before & After School is a Lombard Park District program
designed to provide a safe, recreational experience for children. Students
in grades K-5 enjoy fun, active and supervised activities before and/or after
school. The program includes time for homework, physical activity, arts,
crafts and a snack. Club Rec is hosted at the following District 44 Schools:
Hammerschmidt, Madison, Manor Hill, Park View and Pleasant Lane.
CLUB OPTIONS
Full-Time: Five days a week with AM only, PM only or AM & PM options
Part-Time: Select two, three or four days each week to attend. Days must stay
consistent.
2022-2023 PAYMENT OPTIONS
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
All students in Hammerschmidt, Madison, Manor Hill, Park View and Pleasant Lane
are eligible for enrollment.
Returning participants from the 2021-2022 school year are given priority registration
starting June 1. Open enrollment for new participants begins June 20.
Registration is available online, or in person at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center. A
non-refundable $25 deposit per child is require at the time of registration and a credit
card for automatic billing must be presented at the time of registration.
Registration for part-time enrollment must maintain consistent days. Changes to
part-time enrollment must have approval and will be subject to a $5 change fee per
child per change.
There is a 10% discount for each additional child enrolled in Club Rec. Club Rec
members will also receive special discount pricing for our School Day Off program
and camps.
Lombard Park District is excited to announce the adoption of ePACT Network for
better safety! ePACT is a secure emergency network that will be used to collect
medical and emergency contact information electronically. Not only will ePACT
replace paper forms, but it will also ensure we have a way to communicate with you
in the event of illness, injury or larger scale emergency. The parents/guardian listed
as the main contact will receive an email, following registration, with directions and
a link to complete all required forms through the ePACT Network. Please note: the
ePACT information must be completed before your child's first day of Club Rec.

*Fees are billed weekly every Monday for the next week. Fees are calculated
based on the total tuition for the entire school year divided into 37 equal bills.
Payments will begin on 08/08 and end on 05/15. No bills will be deducted the
week prior to Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Break.
IMPORTANT DATES
Returning participants are eligible to register by June 1.
