Restricted to high school students and older, this program concentrates on
Taekwondo techniques through the study of forms, stances and the skills of
punching, kicking and blocking. This is a great program for those looking to
maintain and improve their phiysical fitness. (All belts)

FAMILY TAEKWONDO

Provides families with a fun opportunity to spend time together while improving
physical and mental conditioning through cardiovascular drills, calisthenics, and

Unleash some fun at Spring Avenue Dog Park in Glen Ellyn! Lombard Park District will be
reimbursing Lombard Park District residents the difference between Glen Ellyn Park District's
resident and non-resident fee for a permit to their Spring Avenue Dog Park.
The Spring Avenue Dog Park resident fee is $30 and the non-resident fee is $75. A second
dog option is offered for an additional $30 for residents and an additional $50 for non-
residents. To obtain a park permit, please visit the Glen Ellyn Park District.
Reimbursements will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 150 dog permit
registration receipts received at Lombard Park District's Administrative Office, located at 227
W. Parkside Ave, Lombard, IL.
Dog owners must provide printed proof that their dog has recieved its rabies vaccination to
