Skills are developed through gentle instruction and appropriate games for their ability. Class will focus on the development of balance, coordination and respect for the discipline of martial arts training. This is a great program for those looking to maintain and improve their phiysical fitness. (All belts) Code Day Date Time R/NR Fee 310101-07 Tu 09/06 - 12/13 6:20 - 7:00 pm $150/$160 FAMILY TAEKWONDO (Ages 7+) Provides families with a fun opportunity to spend time together while improving physical and mental conditioning through cardiovascular drills, calisthenics, and traditional Taekwondo techniques including punching, kicking and blocking. Fee is per participant. (All belts) Code Day Date Time R/NR Fee 310101-06 Tu 09/06 - 12/13 6:20 - 7:00 pm $150/$160 Unleash some fun at Spring Avenue Dog Park in Glen Ellyn! Lombard Park District will be reimbursing Lombard Park District residents the difference between Glen Ellyn Park District's resident and non-resident fee for a permit to their Spring Avenue Dog Park. The Spring Avenue Dog Park resident fee is $30 and the non-resident fee is $75. A second dog option is offered for an additional $30 for residents and an additional $50 for non- residents. To obtain a park permit, please visit the Glen Ellyn Park District. Reimbursements will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 150 dog permit registration receipts received at Lombard Park District's Administrative Office, located at 227 W. Parkside Ave, Lombard, IL. Dog owners must provide printed proof that their dog has recieved its rabies vaccination to receive a permit for the park. For more information, visit gepark.org.
