(Ages 7-10)
Volleykidz is an introductory class for children 7 - 10 years. The lesson plan introduces
the pass, set and spike using a very light volleyball. Volleykidz will improve each
child's hand/eye coordination and left/right coordination through the use of fun drills
and games.

JUNIOR VOLLEYKIDZ USA
(Ages 11-14)
Improve your volleyball skills in this 90-minute session featuring drills for setting,
passing, overhand serving and spiking. Lesson plans direct the use of individual
training, pairing drills and game situation development that help each student
reach a new level. Instructors organize games at the end of each class.

JUNIOR VOLLEY SERIES MATCH PLAY
(Ages 11-14)
Interested in playing volleyball with other volleyball athletes with skills to compete
against other teams? Then our Volleyball Pro will develop a team and bring parity
to the weekly instruction to prepare for match-play. The coaches' lesson plan
will guide the team in weekly training for 90 minutes. At weekly practice, the
teams will learn team defense and offense positions while they improve on their
fundamentals of passing, setting, spiking and overhand serving. This is a 4-week
program that meets once per week for 90 minutes.

WINTER POWER HOUR
CAMP

Want to get ready for baseball season? Dust off your bat and glove for the
Glenbard East Winter Power Hour One Night Camp. This camp will focus on
one hour of hitting, pitching, and fielding taught by Glenbard East head baseball
coach, Clayton George, his varsity players, as well as the Glenbard East coaching
staff. Don't get left in the dust.

FENCING:
OLYMPIC SWORDPLAY
(Ages 8+)
Want to wield a sword? Enjoy competitive fun safely without "fighting". Please
note: the instructor considers height and ability of each fencer. Equipment is
required. Please speak with the fencing club at (630) 678-0035 to understand your
options. Register with family members or friends to increase the fun! Additional
family members receive a 50% discount when registering together.
