AT A GLANCE
Club Rec Before & After School is Lombard Park District's before and after school program designed to provide a
safe, recreational experience for children. Students in grades K-5 enjoy fun, active and supervised activities before
and/or after school. The program includes time for homework, physical activity, arts, crafts and a snack. Club Rec is
hosted at the following District 44 Schools: Hammerschmidt, Madison, Manor Hill, Park View and Pleasant Lane.
CLUB & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Full-Time: Five days a week with AM only, PM only or AM & PM options
Part-Time: Select two, three or four days each week to attend. Days must stay consistent.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
All students at Hammerschmidt, Madison, Manor Hill, Park View and Pleasant Lane are eligible for
enrollment.
Returning participants from the 2023-2024 school year are given priority registration starting June 1
st
.
Open enrollment for new participants begins June 20
th
.
Registration is available online or in person at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center.
A non-refundable is $25 deposit per child is required at the time of registration.
A credit card for automatic billing must be presented at the time of registration.
A Registration for part-time enrollment must maintain consistent days. Changes to part-time enrollment
must have approval and will be subject to a $5 change fee per child per change.
Lombard Park District utilizes ePACT Network for better safety! ePACT is a secure emergency network
that will be used to collect medical and emergency contact information electronically. Not only will ePACT
replace paper forms, but it will also ensure we have a way to communicate with you in the event of illness,
injury or larger scale emergency. The parents/guardian listed as the main contact will receive an email,
following registration, with directions and a link to complete all required forms through the ePACT Network.
Please note: the ePACT information must be completed before your child's first day of Club Rec.
