creativity and imagination as an artist, develop fine motor skills, style, and vision
as this class explores different artistic techniques through a variety of inspiring
projects. No previous experience necessary.

YOUTH POTTERY
HOMESCHOOL POTTERY
(Ages 7-12)
This pottery class is specifically designed for homeschool families looking for
additional cultural arts experience for their students. Class content will be
determined based on students' age, ability, and interests. Wheel throwing and
handbuilding will be included. Students will create 3-4 original pieces.

YOUTH POTTERY

Youth pottery introduces children to different forms of hand-building with clay.
Students will gain knowledge of the ceramic process while creating 3-4 unique
pieces. Creativity is encouraged to personalize each project!

Learn to use the potter's wheel. Students will be introduced to fundamentals of
attaching, centering, throwing, and trimming. Students will have their choice of
glazes to finish their pieces. Space is limited, sign up early.

TEEN POTTERY - SMALLER IS BETTER!
(Ages 11-17)
Learn the fundamentals of hand building with clay while focusing on miniatures.
Think small figurines like animals, houses, or whatever your imagination takes you
to. Students will have their choice of glazes to finish their pieces. Space is limited,
sign up early. Previous experience with clay will be helpful.
