BASIC LIFE SUPPRT FOR HEALTHCARE
PROVIDERS CPR/AED
(Ages 18+)
This course teaches CPR for adults, children, and infants (including rescue
breathing with a mask, a bag-mask device, and oxygen); the proper use of
an automated external defibrillator (AED); and choking. Textbook is included
in the price of the class along with a two-year certification card. Passing a
practical skills and written exam are required for certification. This course is
designed for people working in or training for a healthcare profession. No
refunds after 01/07 or 01/23.

HEARTSAVER CPR/AED

This course is for the layperson; it teaches how to manage choking in the
adult, child, and infant along with CPR and the use an automated external
defibrillator (AED). Passing a hands-on skills test is required for certification.
Text book and a Heartsaver CPR/AED certification card good for two years is

See the spectacular Chicago Christmas Lights. Visit the Christkindlmarket at
Daley Plaza to shop for holiday crafts. See and hear the magic of the holidays
come alive at Navy Pier for the annual Christmas display. See the beautiful
decorations, while yuletide music fills the air. Enjoy a late lunch/dinner at
Lawry's The Prime Rib, a Chicago restaurant legend. The restaurant, which
is in the old McCormick Mansion, is magnificently decorated for the holidays,
affording an unforgettable dining experience. Later enjoy a narrated guided
tour of the breathtaking Christmas Lights and the Magnificent Mile Lights
Festival along Michigan Avenue. No refunds after 11/22.
