ZUMBA®
(Ages 15+)
Zumba® is a Latin and international dance-inspired cardio fitness exercise that
combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves. This aerobic/
fitness interval training combines fast and slow rhythms with dance inspired
exercises to tone and sculpt your body, top to bottom. Zumba® is based on the
principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. You don't have to know
how to dance to Zumba®. It's a "Feel Happy" workout!

CARDIO YOGA PILATES

Get into shape! You will improve your overall fitness by strengthening your
cardiovascular system, toning your legs and arms, firming your core with
Pilates, gaining flexibility with yoga, and improving your balance. Instructors
will use a variety of cardio formats to keep you challenged. Please bring a
yoga mat.

KICK/SCULPT/CORE
(Ages 18+)
Your favorite cardio kickbox class will be done in an easy to follow boot camp
style format! This class is designed for all fitness levels and will keep your
body blasting calories hours past your workout. This class will challenge you
both aerobically and anaerobically by doing short segments of cardiovascular
training with kickboxing, followed by short segments of multi-muscle toning.
Participants need to bring a mat.

TOTAL BODY CORE STRENGTH
(Ages 15+)
Do you sit all day at your job? If so, then your muscles are getting weaker every
day. Having a strong core is important in everything we do. Learn how to gain
strength in your abdominal muscles, without doing a bunch of crunches, with
PilatesMat. This class will be split between core work and body sculpting with
the use of body bars, dumbbells, tubes, bands, and stability ball. Please bring
a yoga mat to each class and your own stability ball on the 3rd week of class.

BEST BODY WORKOUT
(Ages 15+)
Max out the highest calorie burning muscles in your body; your legs! While
sweating those calories away we'll tone and tighten arms and legs. This
class can be taken separately, but is most beneficial when taken along with
Abstastic Toning. We'll change up our cardio and toning routines so we don't
get bored. The key to staying true to our fitness goals is to have fun! All classes
require a yoga mat and light weights are recommended. You will receive a $20
discount if you register for both classes in the same session.
