This class will combine cardiovascular, endurance, and strength training using dumbbells, barbells, tubes, and body weight exercises. (Ages 15+) An innovative "sit down" exercise class for beginners to exercise or participants with limited range of motion. This full aerobic workout begins with a blend of yoga stretches and gradually progresses to more accelerated and isometric types of movements. Most movements are performed while seated and all movements can be adjusted to all ability levels. Recieve a $24 discount when registering for both classes. Research continues to support the belief that this type of workout is better for your body due to the constant changes from cardio to strength and from fast to faster and then to slow. All four main components of fitness will be addressed; strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility. A variety of equipment will be used in an easy to follow, cardio segments of aerobics, cardio kickboxing or step, interspersed with intervals of strength, then followed by a 20-minute segment of abdominal, and back work.
