BOOT CAMP
(Ages 15+)
Go the extra step and push yourself to achieve your goals. This class will
combine cardiovascular, endurance, and strength training using dumbbells,
barbells, tubes, and body weight exercises. Through challenging yet fun and
safe exercises, you will get a total body workout and will feel more energized.
Recieve a $35 discount when registering for all three classes.

WORKOUT WITH A WINNER
(Ages 15+)
Join an A.C.E. certified personal trainer for a new workout each week in Sunset
Knoll Fitness Center. Personal train in a group setting through specific cardio
and strength training exercises with the benefit of all the center's professional
equipment and the over site and support of a personal trainer.

TOTAL BODY SCULPT
(Ages 15+)
Increase lean body mass and burn fat by working the upper and lower body
simultaneously. This class will use dumbbells, resistance bands, steps and
stability balls. We will challenge balance, core strength, flexibility, and mind
agility throughout this class. Participants must bring their own mat to each
class and a stability ball to class the first Monday of the month.

THE ESSENTIALS
(Ages 15+)
A perfectly blended workout using body resistance and light weights to target
the entire body. Helps to strengthen the core, sculpt the glutes and thighs and
tone the arms. Please bring a yoga mat and towel.

SIT & GET FIT!
(Ages 15+)
An innovative "sit down" exercise class for beginners to exercise or participants
with limited range of motion. This full aerobic workout begins with a blend of
yoga stretches and gradually progresses to more accelerated and isometric
types of movements. Most movements are performed while seated and all
movements can be adjusted to all ability levels. Recieve a $24 discount when
registering for both classes.

STEP & STRENGTH
(Ages 15+)
This class will be aerobic (step) for the first half hour and sculpt (weight/
resistance training) the second half hour. The hour will be filled with fun,
easy-to-follow cardiovascular conditioning to improve your stamina and
strengthening to define your muscles. The instructor is A.C.E. certified.

BODY BLAST INTERVALS
(Ages 18+)
This class will be fun, safe, and extremely effective in helping you
achieve your fitness and weight loss goals. Research continues to support the
belief that this type of workout is better for your body due to the constant
changes from cardio to strength and from fast to faster and then to slow. All
four main components of fitness will be addressed; strength, cardio, balance,
and flexibility. A variety of equipment will be used in an easy to follow, cardio
segments of aerobics, cardio kickboxing or step, interspersed with intervals
of strength, then followed by a 20-minute segment of abdominal, and back
work.
