THE ESSENTIALS
(Ages 15 +)
A perfectly blended workout using body resistance and light weights to target
the entire body. Helps to strengthen the core, sculpt the glutes and thighs, and
tone the arms. Please bring a yoga mat and towel. If you are interested in two
classes a week for a full workout, this class would pair nicely with Thursday
evening's Barre Fit. Instructor is ACE Certified.

TRAIN WITH THE TRAINER

Join Lou Ann Chvatal, personal trainer, for a new workout each week that
focuses on muscle "partners" and specific strength training exercises, as well as
cardio work. She'll pick the exercises and you will decide how hard you want to
work!

DON'T LET STRESS STRESS YOU OUT

Stress could be called the plague of the 21st century, it is said to be responsible
for around 85% of doctors visits. In this class, you will examine the signs of stress,
its causes and consequences along with how it affects performance. Learn
several practical techniques for the immediate relief of stress, enabling you to
cope with stressful situations. Learn to manage chronic and long-term stress and
how to make yourself more stress-resistant. The methods you will learn can help
you be healthier, happier and more productive; you will have less sick days, more
leisure time and enjoy life more.

STRENGTH 2B FIT

Providing participants with body conditioning; mixing drills and weights across
all major muscle groups. We will focus on isolating muscle groups, alternating
with power moves that use upper and lower body at the same time. Our goal is
to prevent injury and develop a team workout atmosphere. Please bring a mat
and water bottle.

PRENATAL YOGA
(Ages 18 +)
Prepare yourself both mentally and physically for the changes pregnancy brings.
Prenatal yoga emphasizes gentle stretching and strengthening poses to nurture
the pregnant body. Connect with your growing baby and prepare yourself for a
healthy pregnancy. Participants should bring a yoga mat, yoga block, strap, and
pillow or bolster. Instructor is ACE Certified.

ZUMBA

Zumba is a Latin and international dance-inspired cardio fitness exercise that
combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves. This aerobic/
fitness interval training combines fast and slow rhythms with dance inspired
exercises to tone and sculpt your body, top to bottom. Zumba is based on the
principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. You don't have to know
how to dance to Zumba. It's a "Feel Happy" workout!

Zumba Step is a combination of Step training and regular Zumba class. It
combines all the toning and strengthening of Step with the Zumba fitness-party
