KICK/SCULPT/CORE (Ages 18 +) Your favorite cardio kick box class will be done in an easy to follow boot camp style format! This class is designed for all fitness levels and will keep your body blasting calories hours past your workout. This class will challenge you both aerobically and anaerobically by doing short segments of cardiovascular training with kickboxing, followed by short segments of multi-muscle toning. Participants need to bring a mat. This aerobic/ fitness interval training combines fast and slow rhythms with dance inspired exercises to tone and sculpt your body, top to bottom. Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. You don't have to know how to dance to Zumba. It's a "Feel Happy" workout! (Ages 15 +) An innovative "sit down" exercise class for the beginner to exercise or the participants with limited range of motion. This full aerobic workout begins with a blend of yoga stretches and gradually progresses to more accelerated and isometric types of movements. Most movements are performed while seated and all movements can be adjusted to all ability levels. Receive a $24 discount when registering for both classes. You will burn fat, build endurance, define & strengthen your muscles. Bring a yoga mat to class. Wednesday - Cardio and Core with Ball: Improve muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and focus with the use of a stability ball. Perform a wide variety of movements and exercises to improve your core strength and cardiovascular endurance. The Ball, is also very effective for stretching and strengthening the core muscles.
